As we dispatch orders continuously throughout the day, you will need to contact us immediately to make changes to your order. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.

Why is my order late?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery:

• Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working days.
• Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
• Please do expect additional transit days for all the deliveries/collections due to pandemic of COVID-19. This is due to the potential cancellation of flights, city lockdown, community quarantine on respective destinations/origins.
• Debit/Credit card used for payment may have been declined causing orders not to be processed properly in the system.

Return Policy
You may return your purchase to us within 10 days from the date you received your items.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your items must be unused with the original packing and no tags or labels have been removed.

Should you choose to return the items to us using a postal service, the customer will bear the cost. If the mistake is ours, Cobra Sports will bear the costs of postal service.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our customer service team who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund. Alternatively you may bring the damaged goods to our warehouse and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 5 days.

Once your return is approved, we’ll initiate your refund to your original method of payment or a bank transfer to a bank of your choice.

For items which have been paid for but stocks are not available, we’ll immediately issue a refund.
