The Stanford Shield Batting Legguard is a lightweight, ambidextrous pad suitable for both right- and left-handed players, designed mainly for club matches, practice, and leather-ball gameplay. It combines a PVC outer shell with low-density foam-filled vertical bolsters and a soft, cushioned inner lining to protect the knee, instep, and ankle. With a traditional design enhanced by a “top-hat” knee roll and reinforced PVC instep piping, it balances protection and mobility. The pads feature a triple Velcro strap system and ankle straps for a secure, customizable fit that stays put during movement.
